Meet Kirsten

Kirsten has been teaching Pilates for several years alongside Personal Training. She particularly enjoys challenging the core and the rewarding nature of increasing spring resistance as an indicator of progress.

She loves discovering client goals and working with them towards a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of themselves.

Shore Pilates was born out of the desire to integrate the practice of Pilates with a gym-based weight lifting program to maximise results in a holistic manner.

We take the exercises of Pilates and make them measurable to ensure you always know where you are at in your strength journey.

Kirsten will assess you on your muscle strengths and weaknesses, and together we will work on a plan for your body to ensure your time, effort and energy is recognised and rewarded!
